José Gabriel Cabrera Alva (Perú). Nació en Lima, en 1971. Estudió Literatura en la Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos. Fue director de la revista de literatura Ajos & Zafiros. Ha publicado los poemarios El libro de los lugares vacíos (1999), Canciones antiguas (2004), Ombligo de ángel (2007), Del mal amor (2016) y el libro Tristania y otros híbridos de la peste (2023). Poemas suyos han aparecido en diversas publicaciones nacionales e internacionales, así como en muestras antológicas. Su poesía ha sido traducida al alemán, al italiano y al francés. Ha traducido, además, a diversos poetas de lengua francesa y ha realizado estudios de Artes Plásticas en la Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú y en el Centro Cultural de la Universidad Nacional Federico Villarreal.

no te veo en el mundo verdadero
pero estás en ese mundo
prisionera de la irrealidad
pero estás
te veo en ese torrente de luz
entre pájaros carnívoros
el nudo del lenguaje no tiene ser
esos párpados son un nudo
veo los escombros de ti
esa pared arañada
donde aún hay alaridos
estás adherida a estas paredes
como una mancha de sangre
tu realidad no es lingüística
tu irrealidad sí lo es
siento tu respiración
su oscuridad no es un silogismo
es presencia pura de la muerte
oye esa oscura música
porque habrá de matar
la sin sombra danza
danza detrás de ti
su danza no tiene significado
¿hace falta significado?
la sin sombra danza desde la ausencia de ser
no danza desde la tumba del lenguaje
danza desde la tumba a secas
su danza es el frenesí del significante
ese hiato de la razón
desde donde no se vuelve
la sin sombra es tu reflejo
esa ausencia de pensamiento
desde donde danzas
¿o es solo ella la que danza?
la sin sombra es un espejismo
estoy danzando en ese espejismo
induzco aquí sentado en el blanco
como si la orilla se hubiera desvanecido
puedo ver los bordes de tu rostro
pero tu cuerpo es borroso débil
percibo apenas fragmentos
de la marea blanca
curvas mutiladas astillas
una foto velada de sentido
la barca retirada de todo
es una imagen de lo innombrable
sin embargo conserva algunas veladuras
el sepia asoma entre los bordes de blanco
los bordes de tu rostro que están del otro lado de la definición
me empeño en ver ese cuerpo antes que la locura lo devaste
la piel tiene algunas heridas
cortes que tú misma te has hecho
tú dices que son las gaviotas
que ya no puedes con su odio
ese odio está hecho de música
las gaviotas penetrándote
¿a quién le importa inducir
ante esa piel delirante?
la marea blanca afila como un cuchillo tus alucinaciones
intento oír esa música
